Many put SP3 already... So. If for you not corporate version of Windows, during setting of it Service Pack'а activating will fly for you... And not a single activator ot SP2 will not help you. Needed for the third.There are a few things in a complete set. If one will not help - to other will help. Similarly in a complete set utility by which your Windows will be considered a site Microsoft.com licensed and you will be able to rock from there that want.And yet. Many use UxTheme_Patcher - it such patcher, allowing to put steep themes for Windows without what or prog type Style XP, etc. But for SP3 this patcher does not help already... An update version is needed. She is in a complete set.
