but one can download from GDATA official website GDATA TOTAL CARE and can use the above included trial reset patch to reset the trial..
it would be nice if u can upload only the trial reset patch...

no doubt its the best antivirus i have ever used... its just awesome...

According to av-comparatives.org, GData had the highest detection rate of all the main AV in the marketing nowadays, being only 0.1 better than Avira. But both these AVs had Many False Positives results so they got ADVANCED status ( Not the best one ). Other AVs had lower detection levels combined with Low False positives getting the Best Status: ADVANCED+ : Nod32 , Kasperky , Norton and Mcafee. And Don`t forget this! GDATA uses TWO Engines: Kaspersky+Avast. Ouch! It has to be System hog (heavy)...at least you can turn off one of them if you want. Kaspersky alone is already very heavy.

the reason they stand out among the rest of the anti virus products is that because they use dual engines: bitdefender and avast engines. that's why it is heavy for the system, by the way, there is a gdata internet security 2010 version right now and it had a lot of improvement. if you wanted an internet security suite, try the latest of gdata.
