Dead easy... Someone makes them available on the 'net. Kaspersky find them the same way you do and then blacklists them in the next update run. Could be as quickly as 10 minutes.

Actually, Kaspersky and other warez companies keep a Database of the legit keys and when you get updates, your illegal key gets flagged, then becomes invalid. It could take some time, but they nail them all.
