Folder Lock is a fast file-security program that can password-protect, lock, hide and encrypt any number of files, folders, drives, pictures and documents in seconds. Serial number works well for first registration.

However, just after closing Folder Lock and re-openning (with internet connected), it says that Folder Lock is in trial mode !!!

It seems that fake serial number just only be used for 5.x version.

im using a folder lock v5 and it works fine with fake serial. Read their website. "In response to the question: Can folder lock be cracked? We reply, NO! Our team of experts are doing their best in preventing our software from being cracked. Until date, no crack is available for Folder Lock. Please bear in mind that cracking a software is illegal and will end u up in jail."
