sharpy, I agree 100% with you, sharpy. Anyone can download a free trial direct from the developer so posting it on here and having having it hosted on rapidshare is totally pointless. We want patched stuff that doesn't expire, that's why we come here. If you only have free trials don't post them here! We already know where to get those!

seriously flawed product. you lock a file and it disappears from view which is great. It only becomes visible again when you unlock it with your password. Not as secure as it sounds.
If you run a search for the supposedly locked file, Windows will find it no problem -- but the real downer is it can be opened without a password!!
Anyone who doesn't know about that weakness will be thinking Folder Locker is marvellous -- it isn't.

Sorry for being wrong about it not being full version, I was just going by what previous posts said about it. Lesson learned. But I am right about the flaw in it's security. I tested it for myself. You need to block access to the search tool if you are going to put your trust in this product -- even then it wouldn't stop someone from installing a third-party search tool on your PC. I won't be using Folder Locker, it's too simple to get around it, so whether it's a full version or only a trial is now irrelevant.
True, you could use the encryption option that FL gives you, but that often causes other problems 'cos it modifies files.
I used this software on Windows XP SP3, I locked a folder, I searched it using Windows search, it said: NO RESULT TO DISPLAY, there is no problem with this software, may be you had a problem with previous version or something...
