It enables the user to monitor, regulate what is going out and in on their system. The user can also choose whether to let the program trying to get onto the net to do so or not. This is great, if you are trying to evaluate a piece of software and restrict it "phoning home" !!!! Nice up xxwillsxx, Thanks for sharing !!!
