AkelPad - small but comfortable and fast text editor. AkelPad works with text documents in a single-or multi-window mode, fully supports Unicode string in the systems Windows NT/2000/XP/2003, and code pages Unicode. Using AkelPad, you can even edit the files with the attribute "Read Only", and preview them before opening.
