TMPGEnc Xpress v4.7.3.292 Incl. Keyfilemaker and Patch-EMBRACE

on this step:

Search this 2 files "TMPGEnc4XP.exe" and "TMPGEnc4XPBatch.exe" in install. directory, by default:
C:\Program Files\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress
right click on both files and click on Properties / Compatibility
and change the compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

im running on vista home premium 32bit, but i cant change the compabilty into xp service pack 3, there is only xp service pack 2, so what can i do?

Dear All, Works now on Windows 7

Instructions:

1) Uninstall any previous version of TMPGEnc Xpress.

2) Delete the files in the folder:
C: \ Documents and Settings \ username \ Application Data \ Pegasys Inc \ TMPGEnc4XP \

This folder is hide, so you have to select in Windows Explorer, Tools menu and click Folder Options, Select the View Tab, Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders and accept.

3) Install TMPGenc Xpress ( right click on the installer and run as adm ) when the installation is finished, go to:

C:\Program Files\Pegasys Inc

right click on the folder "Pegasys Inc"
Click on Properties / Security / Edit
Click on users (your name)
Tick all the checkbox (allow)
Click on Accept or OK in both windows.

4) Search this 2 files "TMPGEnc4XP.exe" and "TMPGEnc4XPBatch.exe" in install. directory, by default:
C:\Program Files\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress
right click on both files and click on Properties / Compatibility
and change the compatibility mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 3)

5) Run the application and close ( this step is important ), remember run TMPGEnc Xpress and close.

6) Copy the keygen in install dir, by default:
C:\Program Files\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress

7) Open the keygen ( right click and run as administrator ) :
a) Output: dont touch this
b) Name: write your name or nick ( is optional )
c) Email: write your email if you want ( is optional ).
d) versin: Don`t change this
e) Install dir: select install dir of the application, by default:
C:\Program Files\Pegasys Inc\TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress

8) Now first click on PATCH and then on GENERATE, the program its now registered, close everything and start TMPGEnc Xpress.

9) By the way, select in Windows Explorer, Tools menu and click Folder Options, Select the View Tab, Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Dont Show hidden files and folders and accept

10) I hope this works now on Vista or Win7.
