It's in .iso format. Mount it by virtual disc ( Alcohol or Deamon tool recommended) or burn it to DVDrom.

iso files can be extracted using imagemaster program. http://www.codeplex.com/ImageMaster

Read the contents of image files before burning them to disc.
Extract the contents of iso files without burning them to disc.
