Hi Martin its easy..
Beside bin file there'll b one image file of 76kb.
First u install Daemoon tools and u mount the image using that...i'll get all files chapter wise... winked

just rename all the files by deleting the website name

i mean like this

from : vaa2010ac-in.part1_www.dl5all.com.rar
to : vaa2010ac-in.part1

cause the winrar checks the last parameter of the file name :)
